Most of my reviews are good because I only tend to listen to books I like. Funny how it works out like that.

Hostile in ways that a surface-dweller could never know, the tunnel-mazes of the Underdark challenge all who tread there. Among these souls are Drizzt Do'Urden and his magical cat, Guenhwyvar. Exiled from his drow homeland, Drizzt must fight for a new home in the boundless labyrinth. Meanwhile, he must watch for signs of pursuit - for the dark elves are not a forgiving race.

    Any additional comments?

I found the beginning to be over detailed but once the story focused in on Drizzt, it became very engaging. I already have started on the second of the Trilogy. Couldn't wait for my monthly credits this time.

Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, lives peacefully in Arizona, running an occult bookshop and shape-shifting in his spare time to hunt with his Irish wolfhound. His neighbors and customers think that this handsome, tattooed Irish dude is about twenty-one years old - when in actuality, he’s twenty-one centuries old. Not to mention: He draws his power from the earth, possesses a sharp wit, and wields an even sharper magical sword known as Fragarach, the Answerer. Unfortunately, a very angry Celtic god wants that sword, and he’s hounded Atticus for centuries....

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I like leaving my world, and traveling somewhere unknown when I read a book. This was set in modern day Arizona... Other than that, it was a pretty sweet book. The end kept me riveted and laughing. The wolfhound was by far my favorite character.

For a thousand years the ash fell and no flowers bloomed. For a thousand years the Skaa slaved in misery and lived in fear. For a thousand years the Lord Ruler, the "Sliver of Infinity," reigned with absolute power and ultimate terror, divinely invincible. Then, when hope was so long lost that not even its memory remained, a terribly scarred, heart-broken half-Skaa rediscovered it in the depths of the Lord Ruler's most hellish prison.

Aaron Brown says: "Unique Magic system, good plot twists."
    "Not your typical Fantasy book."

What made the experience of listening to The Final Empire the most enjoyable?

While it was action packed, the author never lets you revele in the feeling of success. "There is always another secret"

Acclaimed author Michael J. Sullivan created instant best sellers with his spellbinding Riyria Revelations series. This first volume introduces Royce Melborn and Hadrian Blackwater, two enterprising thieves who end up running for their lives when they’re framed for the death of the king. Trapped in a conspiracy bigger than they can imagine, their only hope is unraveling an ancient mystery - before it’s too late.

What did you love best about Theft of Swords?

That make you write something here but I think my title says it all.
