As Nick peels back layer after layer of lies and deception, buffeted between the buried horrors of the past and the deadly intrigues of the present, he finds his own life - and the lives of nearly everyone he loves - at risk. And the only thing guiding him through this deadly labyrinth are his stepfather's dying words: TRUST NO ONE.

Good book once you get into it. The hero was a regular guy, under unusual circumstances - Nick grew on you after a while.

The first flashback almost made me stop. It was too long and right in the middle of the action. Really disrupted the flow and lost my interest.

Other than that great book - lots of intrigue and suspense.

All is not well in Margrave, Georgia. The sleepy, forgotten town hasn't seen a crime in decades, but within the span of three days it witnesses events that leave everyone stunned. An unidentified man is found beaten and shot to death on a lonely country road.

Entertaining read. Good book overal - All characters have the same speech pattern and overuse the word "right" - but otherwise good.
