What made the experience of listening to Unbroken the most enjoyable?

Narrator did excellent job of injecting true emotion into the story

Who was your favorite character and why?

Louie of course. Amazing that this one individual could have such a profound impact on our society and that he could chronicle his life in such detail.

What does Edward Herrmann bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The emotion of the words and the inflections on the communication of events and thought processes of protaganists. It was almost as good as being there.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    for the most part yes.

    Any additional comments?

One of the best books I have ever read. Again, it is amazing that Laura Hillibrand found this story and did such an excellent job of communicating the events of 20 years in such detail
