A good introduction to History of the Greek Civilization. And no one can bring it to life better than Charlton Griffin.
In a book about Arab history, one would expect better pronunciation of Arab names and words.
A critical study of Egyptian history, not a mere chronology of events. Incorporates information coming from the latest archeological finds and provides critical and provocative interpretations. Amongst one of the better presentations form Modern Scholar.
Some knowledge of Egyptian history would be useful to get the most out of this book.
This one is going to need all your attention. Download and print the course material, take notes and rewind as often as you need to. the effort will be well rewarded. Plan to spend at least 30-40 hours on this course. It is not one that you can listen to in your car.

Not one of the narrators better reads-should not have dramatized. Good content and still worth listening to.
Looking forward to more Russian Classics read by Charlton Griffin.
Thanks for making this classic work available on audio. A wonderful job of reading-except for a few audio editing errors(minute 347 on part I and minute 172 on part II).
