In a different review I stated you didn't need these .5 Books. As in Book 1 then Book 1.5, etc. In the case of this book, it's a good idea to read it. It prepares you for The Lost Prince. This book, Iron's Prophecy, is a prelude to The Lost Pince. If you don't read this book then you will be left to question what the big deal was, that no one stated, for why Eithen & Kerean shouldn't meet. I hope Julie Kagawa write another book to follow The Lost Prince. It was left open, so I'm hoping.

I read this years ago. I was excited to get it on audio. Her other books were done well but this one is just, it sounds old. She did great, as always. But the sound is just, I can't put words to it other than it sounds old.

Its a great book however, well worth your credit or cash.

Its The Mortal Instruments book, of course it's awesome!

The story is wrapped up well, some things I did not like but as a whole it was good. Not great, good. They've introduced a few characters that we will see down the road no doubt in a spin off of these books. Like how the Clockwork books were kinda of a prequel, these new characters will be the main characters of the books following Instruments.

    Looking forward to it Cassandra.

Former piano prodigy Nastya Kashnikov wants two things: to get through high school without anyone learning about her past and to make the boy who took everything from her - her identity, her spirit, her will to live - pay. Josh Bennett’s story is no secret: Every person he loves has been taken from his life until, at 17 years old, there is no one left. Now all he wants is be left alone and people allow it because when your name is synonymous with death, everyone tends to give you your space.

Everyone except Nastya, the mysterious new girl at school who starts showing up and won’t go away until she’s insinuated herself into every aspect of his life.

I loved this book! It is emotionally taxing, it is deeply interesting and it will break and heal your heart before it's over. Katja Millay, thank you. The author endears the 2 main characters to you w/such strength. You won't finish this book and be like "eh" you'll be like "wow."

Thaxton was terrific! Heyborne, umm...when he read any character but Josh he was great. But when he read Josh who is pretty important, he was so melancholy. Now I get that Josh has been through a great deal but he's soooo, none exciting in voice that I almost hated listen to him as Josh. No inflection no life in the voice. Yet when he read Drew or others it was awesome. Just saying.

This book was suggested to me by Audible because I read The Fault in Our Stars. I enjoyed this book far more than the stars book.

Firstly, Julie Kagawa, I'm a fan. I love that this series is about the frightening vampires I grew up with. Though there are humorous parts, this book is intense.

Again, no glittering, cuddling vampires here. It's pretty vicious at times. A great dystopian story.

This came after the original trilogy, Blood of Eden. It's not something you must read in order to start the trilogy but it's a fun read and worth your time.

Based upon the narrater I used a credit for this book. I always listen to the full sample though I knew I liked Therese Plummer from The Bollod of Eden series.

The story is interesting, mysterious crafty and fun. Some parts, if you dislike horror movies (not the bloody pointless one just anything that gives you a fright) you may not enjoy it. I, however, enjoy the stuff thast makes you jump. It's fey based.

It's worth a credit. I enjoyed it and would love to see the story continue.

Olivia Kiskey needs a change. She’s been working at the same Nodaway Falls, New York, waffle house since she was a teenager; not a lot of upward mobility there. She’s been in love with Tobias, the cook, for the last four years; he's never made a move. Intent on shaking things up, Olivia puts her house on the market, buys a one-way ticket to Europe, and announces her plans to her friends - but then she meets Davina Granville, a strange and mystical Southern woman....

I downloaded this book based upon the narrater. I enjoy her telling of the story and the story its self is a good one.

Six months ago, the world ended. The Baugh Contagion swept across the planet. Its victims were left twitching, adrenalized cannibals that quickly became know as Junkies. Civilization crumbled as people created isolated safe havens to hide from the infected... and the possibly infected. Now, as society nears a tipping point, lives will intersect and intertwine across two days in a desolate city.

I enjoyed this short listen. I loved the way the four characters lives inter twined. My only negative comment is; I wish it were a longer story as it was so interesting I didn't want it to end. I was rooting for the woman in the first story. This would be excellent to make a second, much longer book.

Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten. Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars is award-winning-author John Green’s most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet, brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love.
