Now at last Keith Richards pauses to tell his story in the most anticipated autobiography in decades. And what a story! Listening obsessively to Chuck Berry and Muddy Waters records in a coldwater flat with Mick Jagger and Brian Jones, building a sound and a band out of music they loved. Finding fame and success as a bad-boy band, only to find themselves challenged by authorities everywhere....

This book gives you Keith Richards side of a great story that is his life. The amount of things this guy did was crazy! I thought it was great that he was able to get johnny Depp to help narrate Kieth's story! You really now know what the human body can and kant do. The amount of stress on a rock stars life is incredible. The only reason why I gave the performance 4 stars is that Kieth himself starts to narrate towards the end, and no offense to him but you can tell he lived a rough life. Other than that I thought it was very enjoyable and I learned alot about the history of the Rolling Stones!

Already a number-one London Sunday Times best seller, Mud, Sweat, and Tears is the adrenaline-fueled autobiography of the mega-popular star of the hit survival series Man vs. Wild, adventurer Bear Grylls. A former British Special Forces commando, a man who has always sought the ultimate in dangerous challenges, Bear's true story reads like an outdoors action-and-adventure novel. But Bear's story is true - full of breathtaking escapes and remarkable exploits that would make any Jack London or H. Ryder Haggard hero proud.

Prosecuting attorney in the Manson trial Vincent Bugliosi held a unique insider's position in one of the most baffling and horrifying cases of the 20th century: the cold-blooded Tate-LaBianca murders carried out by Charles Manson and four of his followers. What motivated Manson in his seemingly mindless selection of victims, and what was his hold over the young women who obeyed his orders? Now available for the first time in unabridged audio, the gripping story of this famous and haunting crime is brought to life by acclaimed narrator Scott Brick.

This book is very suspenseful! Vincent Bugliosi gives you a first hand behind the scenes look at one of the weirdest and craziest true life murders in American history! Scott brick does a great job of maintaining a spookiness to this book. since the author was the chief prosecutor against the Manson family, you get a look into everything that happened in the investigation. Because of this, it can get a little dry. You are getting a very thorough story line. It did give my girlfriend nightmares for a few days, but that's what you get when something so heinous happens in real life. I enjoyed Helter Skelter and I know you will as well.

In 1991, acting on a tip from a local fisherman, two scuba divers discovered a sunken German U-boat, complete with its crew of 60 men, not too far off the New Jersey coast. The divers, realizing the momentousness of their discovery, began probing the mystery. Over the next six years, they became expert and well-traveled researchers, taught themselves German, hunted for clues in Germany, and constructed theories corrective of the history books, all in an effort to identify this sunken U-boat and its crew.

I will definitely be reading this again in six months. If you want a book that will keep you on the edge of your seat then i strongly recommend shadow divers!

This book was written before my time(i was born in 1989) but I still enjoyed it immensely. The narrator has a strong command of the characters and it was very clear to follow along with the story line. This is my third Stephen king novel in as many months and I will tell you that this is right up there with 11/22/63 and The stand. I am a fan of the longer audiobooks and there was never a dull moment. If you are looking to enjoy some classic Stephen king then you will not be disappointed with IT!

This is the way the world ends: with a nanosecond of computer error in a Defense Department laboratory and a million casual contacts that form the links in a chain letter of death. And here is the bleak new world of the day after: a world stripped of its institutions and emptied of 99 percent of its people. A world in which a handful of panicky survivors choose sides - or are chosen.

I really enjoyed this book. Grover Gardner is one of the best narrators that I have ever used. The story is a bit long at almost 50 hours but it is well worth the time you invest into it! The Stand gives you a possible outlook at how the world would act in the case of a apocalypse type event. Stephen King has a great imagination. only he can think of some of the crazy details that are in this book. The stand is a great time filler and you will not expect the ending to go the way it does. I strongly recommend this book!

Few books have captivated the imagination and won the devotion and praise of readers and critics everywhere as has George R. R. Martin’s monumental epic cycle of high fantasy that began with A Game of Thrones. Now, in A Feast for Crows, Martin delivers the long-awaited fourth book of his landmark series, as a kingdom torn asunder finds itself at last on the brink of peace . . . only to be launched on an even more terrifying course of destruction.

I really enjoyed the story line. George R.R. Martin is a innovator and I thoroughly enjoy his work. I have read all of his books through audible and Roy Dotrice has done a fantastic job up until Book 4. It's like he is not as interested in the pronunciation of characters names and seems to be very inconsistent when switching in between characters. I don't mind Martin introducing new characters but I feel that the Performer needs to feel the same energy as how the story line is moving. George R.R. Martin has another great book, but you need to mentally prepare yourself for a lack luster reading from Roy Dotrice.

On November 22, 1963, three shots rang out in Dallas, President Kennedy died, and the world changed. What if you could change it back? In this brilliantly conceived tour de force, Stephen King - who has absorbed the social, political, and popular culture of his generation more imaginatively and thoroughly than any other writer - takes listeners on an incredible journey into the past and the possibility of altering it.

If you could sum up 11-22-63 in three words, what would they be?

I like how versatile he is with his performance as far as switching between characters.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No, but I did enjoy it thouroughly
