Jonathan Davis narration was spot on.
Darth Bane and Darth Zannah vs 5 Jedi, really 4 since 1 was there for his battle meditation and not to fight. Still, the Dark Lord of the Sith and his apprentice show why they are the present and future of the Sith order.
If I had the time I would have.
I've listened to Rule Of Two about 7 times now, and I must say it never gets any less exciting. Easily my favourite of the Darth Bane trilogy. Zannah really shines at times as well, proving to be a worthy apprentice time and again.
Excellent addition to the song of ice and fire. the war of 5 kings may be over, but the battle for the iron throne continues with a new player in the game of thrones. The wall sees much and more. Lord Commander Jon Snow must deal with appeasing a would be queen and keepijg his own vows. Winds of Winter can't arrive quick enough. WINTER IS COMING, but so is fire!
Darth Plegueis vs Venamis, his retaliation vs the ex king of naboo. And if you have heard or read Maul: Lockdown you know how the bando gora get their weapon used to attack the Dark Lord.
Darth Bane Trilogy, and Maul: Lockdown. They all make you want to see the Dark Lord prevail.
Darth Tenebrous. But his Palpatine was great considering we all already know one voice for him, he was excellent. Nute Gunray, the Neimodian was hilarious.
Darth Zannah, while Darth Bane is the epitome of what the Sith should be Zannah shines in this story. She learns her first lesson of being a master, and honours her master in the end. Showing her strength in Sith sorcery really shined the (dark) light on her.
The small talk between Zannah Bane and Cognus before the duel for the title of Dark Lord
The Future of the Sith Begins Here
While this was the least of the trilogy it was still pretty great. Jonathan Davis really gets you involved. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star rating for storyline is how brief the final showdown is as it seemed as rushed confrontation. Still, Karpyshyn, I thank you for the tremendous trilogy.
Darth Bane should get his own movie. The book and narration was excellent to say the least. Jonathon Davis does a superb job voicing the Sith'ari. The whole trilogy is outstanding, but Path of Destruction sets it all up perfectly.
