Juan Cabrillo and the crew of the covert combat ship Oregon have barely escaped a mission on the Congo River when they intercept a mayday from a defenseless boat under fire off the African coast. Cabrillo takes action, saving the beautiful Sloane Macintyre - who's looking for a long-submerged ship that may hold a fortune in diamonds. But what surprises Cabrillo is her story about a crazy fisherman who claims to have been attacked on the open sea by giant metal snakes in the same area.

Would you consider the audio edition of Skeleton Coast to be better than the print version?

Yes the narration makes it live for me

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

    Very much

Which character – as performed by Scott Brick – was your favorite?

    Juan Calbaro

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No I like to spread it out, to enjoy it longer

    Any additional comments?

Looking forward to the rest of the series, but would love Audible to get Books, 1,2&3

Former military cop Jack Reacher makes it all the way from snowbound South Dakota to his destination in northeastern Virginia, near Washington, D.C.: the headquarters of his old unit, the 110th MP. The old stone building is the closest thing to a home he ever had. Reacher is there to meet - in person - the new commanding officer, Major Susan Turner, so far just a warm, intriguing voice on the phone. But it isn’t Turner behind the CO’s desk. And Reacher is hit with two pieces of shocking news, one with serious criminal consequences, and one too personal to even think about.

If you could sum up Never Go Back in three words, what would they be?

    Full Circle

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Yes. By keeping the "bad guys" as the unknown

What about Dick Hill’s performance did you like?

Dick Hill IS Jack Reacher. And is great at anything he narrates.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The moment you realize WHY? That pleasure was the real reason.

    Any additional comments?

    Lee Child keep them coming.

But when a string of bizarre murders erupts across several Manhattan hotels, NYPD Lieutenant D'Agosta asks his friend Pendergast for help.

If you could sum up Two Graves in three words, what would they be?

    Very intralling

What did you like best about this story?

    The humanization of Pendergast

What about Rene Auberjonois’s performance did you like?

Mr Auberjonis MUST continue reading the Pendergast series, because he IS Pendergast..He makes the story jump out at the listner.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

You CAN NOT make a film of this book. There is no actor that looks like the discription of Pendergast... so you would end up with the same FAILED movie like the recent Jack Reacher Movie...Come on as 5'6" actor to play a 6' 5' character.

    Any additional comments?

The details of the locations, in addition to the characters, is wonderful. I love the historical information on New York City. And I live in Nebraska.
