Reading has always been my guilty pleasure. I would take stacks of books from the library. Now I listen to Audible.

I used to live in this neighborhood around 1960 when I went to nursing school. The book brought back lots of memories.

The story was fabulous but the narration was the best. All of the voices and accents were done so well. It was like being in the neighborhood with the cacophany of sound that I remember so well.

I loved this book. I don't know if I've said this before but It is my Favorite so far.

Kept me riveted and disbelieving the entire book. Thank you JD and Susan for the book, the narration and the inclusiveness (I'm Jewish and not usually included in the novels that I read).

I loved all of the twists and turns, they kept me listening and I never got bored.

Roberts builds such great characters and in this book hearing the stories of each one and seeing how they tied together was terrific.

Raudman's narration was wonderful to listen to. All of the voices were so distinct.

Whenever we need a break from the serious thrillers on our audible list here comes Pepe to save the day.

You have to be a dog lover to appreciate the fine points of Waverly Curtis' books and Laura Darrell is the perfect narrator.I love her interpretation of the canine personalities.

The books are wonderful and Pepe saves my sanity when I've been too wrapped up in blood and gore!

I purchased this book despite the reviews because opinions are subjective. I found nothing wrong with the narration and neither did my sister. The male narrator was the same in both books and Kate Rudd wasn't bad at all.

It was great listening to old friends and hearing Jenna's story. I can't wait for the next one.

Thank you to Sandra Brown and Joyce Bean for this wonderful book.

With an ailing mother to care for, Lisa Grant takes the first job she can find: research assistant to District Attorney Scott Buchanan. What Lisa expects to be a mind-numbingly boring task turns into anything but when a missing-persons case draws her attention. The details of the case are engrossing: an entire family — father, mother, and two children — disappeared without a trace more than 28 years ago. Except that’s not all: the mother in a photo Lisa finds could be her own twin.
