I liked the fact that as a scientist he provided all of the things that might have created his condition and experience, no matter how remote the chance, then went through each, step by step explaining why they couldn't have been the cause. It was very thorough.
Yes, I did. It is a powerful book and his description of his family living through the week and then having to make the 'big' decision at the end was very emotional.
Don't dismiss his experience just because you don't believe in an afterlife of some sort. Something happened to him that cannot just be dismissed.

This should be required listening/reading for everyone in this country, to the left or the right. We need to know what we've gotten ourselves into to avoid it happening EVERY again.
