Loved it. Weber is known for hiding the the truth in the story so when it comes out you are shocked and like "WOW" then you are going back to remember things. He is good!! The different voices is a plus. These narrators are the best. Right voice, tone and brings the book to life.

The Trinidad contract was supposed to be simple: To make a living man become a dead man. When the job goes bad under the watchful eye of a bank security camera, there is nowhere for agent MX-401, known as Reaper, to hide from the fearsome local warlords, the Laventille Killers. Her employers, the Barbarians, send her to Barbados, the next island over, barely two hundred miles away, with the LK's in hot pursuit of the woman who took many of their own.

I thought the Paris book was good. This is a nail biter. I usually listen when the drive but I didn't watch tv for two days! As with any book you wish this person didn't die or this went a different way BUT it is all good. I really truly and honestly enjoyed this book. A good book is needed every once in a while. I like when the books catch you up to the previous books and you are able to follow even if this is the first in the series you are reading. The different voices was the cherry. Every voice different and added to the excitement. I love you Carl Weber!!!!

Having narrowly averted an (under)world war, Cat Crawfield wants nothing more than a little downtime with her vampire husband, Bones. Unfortunately, her gift from New Orleans’ voodoo queen just keeps on giving - leading to a personal favor that sends them into battle once again, this time against a villainous spirit. Centuries ago, Heinrich Kramer was a witch hunter. Now, every All Hallows Eve, he takes physical form to torture innocent women before burning them alive.

    Thank you Mr. Woods

Nationally best-selling author Mary Monroe penned the widely acclaimed novels God Don't Like Ugly and God Still Don't Like Ugly. Red Light Wives is a sassy and scandalous novel of six women who engage in the world's oldest profession. They have something else in common too, their "manager," Clyde Brooks - a charismatic but hard man who fills many roles in each woman's life. But soon, an act of rebellion may change their relationship forever.

It was pretty good. Didn't like that Clyde died but I guess it had to happen so that they can move on with their lives. I have read other books by this author and listen to voices by the same ladies and they have always been good I like a mix of voices. Definitely worth the purchase.

I enjoyed the book because of the narrator. Only one disappointment was that she didn't change into a coyote this book. It still had some breath holding moments. I like how everything worked out. I was scared when the fey showed up at the house and I really thought he was gonna be the problem in story but huge surprise that was. I wish some woman would come up in my house and try to take over. Mercy handled her better than I would have.
Great read. I am hoping for another

When a hedge fund billionaire hires Stone Barrington to talk some sense into his wayward son, it seems like an easy enough job; no one knows the hidden sins and temptations of the ultra-wealthy better than Stone. But as Stone and his erstwhile protégé, Herbie Fisher, probe deeper into the case - and an old one comes back to haunt him - he realizes that even he may have underestimated just how far some people will go to cover up their crimes…and plan new ones.

I have read all the Stone Barrington books and I am hooked! This is the bestbecause of the growth of Herbie into a fine lawyer, dresser and good guy!! He inspires even me. The reader read in a way that had me cheering, laughing and gripping the seat!! It shows what happens when a slacker has a role model that helpshim become a better person, lawyer. And excellent dresser.I can already see a spin off of Herbieand his team!! I truly enjoyed this book

Where does I, Michael Bennett rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I have read all of the micheal Bennett books. Pretty good except for the opare leaving for a few days. Not good. It's good to string along the inevitable about the two of them. But not for to much longer. Good storyline. Everyone wants a piece of mike. How does he look is my question

What other book might you compare I, Michael Bennett to and why?

    His is unique.

Which character – as performed by Bobby Cannavale and Jay Snyder – was your favorite?

    Mike Bennett's voice is puuuurrrfect

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The kids getting hurt. I had to stop what I was doing

    Any additional comments?

    What does mike look like
