I used to enjoy Garrison Keillor Lake stories. Dry, slow but funny. Now, just slow and dry and very little humor.
Very slow start. Even slower ending. This used to be one of my favorite writers.
Not much story and little action. I quit and he needs to quit, too.
Good read. Lots of action, suspense, and drama.
Smart characters and not too much sex. OK ending.
This was a fast moving book. Lots of twists and turns. Little too much sex, but kept going forward. Good ending.
Hard to believe John Grisham wrote this. Story was boring and so was the main character in it. Slow start and thankful when it ended.
Believe it or not. Real or just a dream. Very different from the usual mystery story. Slow start, but great as it went on.
Gore, torture and death. Never know who to trust. Lot of different stories with everyone going to the same place. Real nail bitter. Had to keep going, to get to the end.
Slow start, but when it got going, it was great. Try to figure it out, but everything changes as it progresses. Could not stop till it ended.
No one stood out in this entire story. Kept your interest, but never got going. No way to keep these people in law enforcement, with this much stupid.
Solved the mystery, but left everyone hanging at the end.
Slow start with not much going on. The people just did not fit in this story. Ending was the best part.
Never a dull moment. Too many people and names to keep up with. Good story
