    I am on the path of learning how to manage myself, and this audio book has enabled me to understand how my body and mind responds to both internal and external factors, touching on psychology, health and exercise. This removed the gray area in understanding how my body and mind responds, and gave me great insight into the needs of my mind and body. Very Satisfied with the contents, and tone of the audio book.
