Would you consider the audio edition of Unbeautifully to be better than the print version?

i can't answer this question cause i didn't read the print version. although, my experience switching from print to audio has been great in other series' i've read.

What did you like best about this story?

that it was a continuation from the first novel, and was almost better than the first one. it had drama, raw sensuality and language i liked in the first book, but it wasn't repetitive. i love that.
i also wanted to keep listening and not stop. this doesn't happen that often, and when it does i'm really excited.

Have you listened to any of Tatiana Sokolov’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

yes, in the first book of the series. i love her voice cause it sounds youthful and in the beginning of the novels she's depicting younger characters and it fits very well. also her male voices are really good too.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

i'd have to say it was the ending cause it was so endearing. the main characters had been through so much and i just loved how their relationship grew throughout the novel. i mean, there were other parts i loved too, but that one stuck out for me.

Em has lived her entire life in the shadow of the Reapers. Her overprotective father, Picnic, is the club's president. The last time she had a boyfriend, Picnic shot him. Now the men in her life are far more interested in keeping her daddy happy than showing her a good time. Then she meets a handsome stranger - a man who isn't afraid to treat her like a real woman. One who isn't afraid of her father. His name is Liam, and he's The One. Or so she thinks.

wow! this was a great read. i so loved Hunter/Liam and Em. Hunter was this damaged bad boy who didn't believe in love and then he met Em who had been loved by her family and was a confident woman, ready for just a bad boy like him. she grew up in the club and was familiar with the expectations of an old lady and even what she would do as an old lady.
so when her and Hunter got together she was an eye opener for him. she never let him get away with anything. she was gentle but stood her ground. for example when he took naked photos of her, lied and said he erased them. she got in his ass for that. and her pay back was hilarious. i literally had to read that scene 3 times i loved it so much.
i also liked that the more time Hunter spent with Em the more human he became. he learned what love is and how to treat a woman with respect. and Hunter in turn showed Em that a man could trust in the abilities of his woman and treat her like an adult. she was missing that from her father.
this was by far my favorite in the series and i'll be reading this over and over again.

Eight years ago, Sophie gave her heart - and her virginity - to Zach Barrett on a night that couldn't have been less romantic or more embarrassing. Zach's stepbrother, a steely-muscled, tattooed biker named Ruger, caught them in the act, getting a peep show of Sophie he's never forgotten. She may have lost her dignity that fateful night, but Sophie also gained something precious - her son Noah. Unfortunately, Zach's a deadbeat dad, leaving Ruger as Noah's only male role model. When he discovers Sophie and his nephew living in near poverty, Ruger takes matters into his own hands.

    Overall

I loved Ruger and his vulgar honesty. I loved how manly he was and how much he cares for Sophie. I thought adding her struggle to acknowledge how much she loved him on spite of the club was a great addition. Seemed more genuine. I loved Noah and I usually don't like kids in books. He was just a great addition. Funny and brought added affection to the book. I'll definitely be reading this one again. Probly more times over and I hope the next book is just as good.

another great read by Sheehan. i loved Tegen with her outspoken anger and Cage loved trying to tame her. just like their folks they had a difficult relationship. hurting each other when what they really wanted to do was love each other. i especially loved when Tegen broke down and admitted her love and vulnerability for Cage. i also loved when Cage told Tegen how beautiful he thought she was to him. very tender moments. as usual i loved the grit and language of the characters and i really liked the deep conversation Tegen and her mom Dorothy had. can't wait to read her book.
this book also had some surprising moments like Tegen getting with ZZ. i wasn't expecting that. ZZ hurting Cage after he saw Tegen and Cage together. i could understand that cause the man was too angry about being hurt again by the same family. Cage getting hooked on coke. i mean.
i liked the story between Ellie and Dirty, i just wished there were more scenes with them and their relationship. maybe, since Sheehan likes to write double stories in one book, they'll get more book time in the next one. too bad there's a wait for the next book. i'm ready to tear in to it =D

i give this book 3.5stars. i liked the characters. Reagan was sweet. she was nice to Trey and understanding. Ethan was cool too, but i thought his betrayal of Reagan with Trey in the beginning was pretty shady. i also thought the pace of their threesome relationship was too quick. the onset of sex was good, but all the "i love you" stuff was too fast.
i also would have liked Trey to be homosexual instead of Bi. i thought he liked guys more than anything. most of who u see him with in the first novels by himself is men. plus he loved Brian.
oh, and the whole thing with Brian, i mean. how could Brian do that to Trey. their relationship would've been just great. and the way Brian shut Trey down was a bit harsh. especially since he knew Trey loved him. i know he loved Myrna and all, but that was after him and Trey. i did like the scenes with the baby though.
the ending was a little sappy, but i liked it. who doesn't like a HEA.
overall i've really liked this series. i pretty much liked all the characters. i have my favorites, Trey, Jace and Aggie. now all i need do is read the final installment to the series. the anthology that wraps all these characters up.

I love two men. I screw two men. I am in a relationship with them both, and they are both aware there is another. That is all they need to know, that is all I let them know. So we exist, two parallel relationships, each running their own course, with no need for intersection or conflict. It works for us, for them, and for me. know there is an expiration date on the easy perfection of our lives. I should have paid more attention, should have looked around and noticed the woman who watched it all.

this was a great newbie for me. i was a bit confused in the beginning because the story switched back and forth from the present to the future and from different characters point of view. once i got used to that it was really good.
i loved the sex scenes and the contrasts between the two male leads. one was focused on his job and had money to spoil Madison and the other was more attentive to her needs and had more time to spend with her. it was hard for her to choose who she'd like to be with in the end. i knew who she should pick and was very surprised in the end who she ended up with. it was refreshing.
i'll definitely be reading/listening to another book by Ms. Torre.

this is by far my favorite Motor Cycle Club series. this was a nice addition to the series, but not my favorite. i was expecting a little more with this one considering all the drama the three main characters had in previous books.
i will say, i did really love to see Jason reconnect with his family and get off the alcohol. i also liked that Dorothy got a bit of backbone during the story. i didn't like that her and Hawk had to separate for a while, but it was realistic.
some of the scenes with between Dorothy and Jason were good cause she finally put him in his place. it was a long time coming.
i'm a little scared to read the next bk in the series cause ZeZe might get his rear kicked good for his previous behavior. and it's just so befitting that his love is Deuce's second daughter. i'm really looking forward for this one.
absolutely a great gritty and raw series to read. and i'd recommend to MC club readers =D

not a bad addition to the series, but i liked this one less than David's story. Mal was just a bit too teenager for me. i know his mother was sick and all but he was a bit overboard for me. and how he and Anne moved in together and there relationship was weak for me. i even like the sex scenes better in David's story.

What made the experience of listening to Keep Me the most enjoyable?

to read Julian's feelings and see how possessive he was and how he thought.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Both Julian and Nora. Julian is a total psychopath made to be desired, and Nora is the innocent that gets trapped in this psychopaths world.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

definitely. couldn't cause of work and sleep though. hehe

    Any additional comments?

this couples story has finally come to an end. Julian was able to turn Nora into a killer and like it (but be a little ashamed of it). all his over possessive and overbearing ways have changed her to his liking. i don't think she'll ever be able to go home cause she's so brainwashed to his ideas.
he has her liking bdsm, killing (occasionally), living in a dangerous society. and she pines for him now whenever he's gone too long from her. Julian definitely got what he wanted. it's like he got everything he wanted and everybody else had to suffer. her parents, friends, and even her. she was forced to accept it. i feel sorry for Nora. the only great thing she gets is super sex ;D
i did enjoy this duo. glad to read Julian's thought for a change. getting inside his sadistic head was interesting. Ms. Zaires even went far enough to depict some torture scenes too. i could've passed through that part though. hehe. i'll definitely read more by this author. i love her sex scenes and her story telling. glad i read this double feature.

What made the experience of listening to At Love's Command the most enjoyable?

this story had some reality moments to it that added more depth to the story. it had enough fantasy and great sex scenes that kept my attention. plus there was tension between two of the main characters at the beginning and then it was resolved in the end. it was a really great read.

What about Alex Moorcock’s performance did you like?

he has a nice deep voice and it helps the male characters sound really great.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

when sophie's friends found out about her abuse at home.
