The 5 Elements of Effective Thinking presents practical, lively, and inspiring ways for you to become more successful through better thinking. The idea is simple: You can learn how to think far better by adopting specific strategies. Brilliant people aren't a special breed--they just use their minds differently.

Each chapter is compelling; it's hard to say which could be singled out as the best.

With the countless distractions that come from every corner of a modern life, it's amazing that we're ever able to accomplish anything. The Power of Less demonstrates how to streamline your life by identifying the essential and eliminating the unnecessary - freeing you from everyday clutter and allowing you to focus on accomplishing the goals that can change your life for the better

    Story
Would you try another book from Leo Babauta and/or Fred Stella?

Not if I can help it. The content was very subjective and lacked substance.

Has The Power of Less turned you off from other books in this genre?

I like books that help to reflect upon, or better scrutinize, life habits and developed personal mentalities, but this failed to truly do either of those for me.

How could the performance have been better?

If there were more substantiation of the content beyond personal testimony or unreferenced others who were successful, it would have been more compelling.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment. What seemed to have reasonable potentially really failed to unearth anything worth sharing.

    Any additional comments?

Save yourself the time and money and don't get this book.
