This was my first audio book on mindfulness and I thought the author did a great job of describing the different techniques for staying in the moment. There are several guided meditations and tips for "breathing into the moment". As other reviewers noted, chapters 10 and 11 are repeated, but I did not find that this detracted from the book. It is a great book on learning how to stay in the present moment.
This is one of the best books on mindfulness I have experienced. I will listen to this book again, with the exception of the last chapter where it began to feel like the author is biased towards the idea of a christian god. However, the rest of the book does not share the feel of the last chapter and I would greatly recommend it to anyone looking to become more mindful in their lives.

Your mind is so active because you gave it an impossible task to do. Release your mind of the responsibility of making sure everyone and everything will be the way you need them to be so that you can feel better inside. Just experience life instead of thinking about it. Everything will be okay when you are okay with everything."
