this truly surpassed any books that I have listened to this year. This was a superb sequel to Captive in the Dark. I really would like to recommend this book to anyone that is looking for something different that has a lot of unexpected turns.
When Caleb found out that he was betrayed by Rafiq.
I feel that Emily was on point with her vocal and distinct character verbal inflictions. She really brought life to the different characters in the book.
I cannot not wait until the Epilogue becomes and audio book.
Already listened to it again. I really enjoyed the story. Ms Hoover gets better with each story that she tells. She always manages to draw her audience to her characters.
Miles Archer because he was one tormented soul. I really like the way Ms Hoover peeled away the many different layers of Miles' character.
When Miles shows up at Rachel's home to see if she is happy with her life and discovers not only has she moved on, she also has a daughter named Clare. Rachel tells Miles that he is very well capable of moving on and forgiving himself.
Yes I finished this book in one sitting. It was too addictive to put down.
CoHov just gets better with each and every book and she always draws her audience to the complexity of the characters in her books.
This book ranks up there with Fifty Shades and the Crossfire series, only with a lot more twist and turns.
Caleb, there are so many layers to his character. You love and hate him at the same time.
Claeb, the voice she gave Caleb was very authentic.
Yes, I was up all night listening.
I would like to see the Epilogue as an audiobook
I love A.L. Jackson, However, I was not impressed with this book.
It was too predictable.
Some her words were not correctly enuciated.
The incorporation of previous characters from the series were mention in this book.
When Max realized he actually loved Carina.
I really enjoyed Carina's charcater she had many layers to her character.
It made me laugh out loud a lot.
I would reccomend this book to all audiobook listeners.
I really like the story being told from Will's POV. I also enjoyed the introduction of new characters to this story. This series has become a quick favorite in my audible library.
When Layken realized Will loved her for her and not because they shared similar family tragedies.
In Will's grandparents' laundry room when Layken kissed Will passionately and then told him she had a lapse in judgement.
Sometimes two people have to fall apart in order to get back together.
I would recommend this series to anyone looking for a good story that will captivate and become an all time favorite.
I really enjoyed this book I can't wait until Point of Retreat becomes an audiobook.
When Layken realized Will loved her when he recited one of his slams.
Her narration of the novel was superb.
Yes when Julia told Layken she had lung cancer.
I can't wait to go to Barnes & Nobel to read Point of Retreat. The sequel to Slammed.
I really believe that this book was just as entertaining and thought provoking as the first. This book was just what I expected. I would recommed this book to anyone. My only suggestion is to read the Marriage Bargain first for some background of the two main characters.
This was a great read after reading FSOG. I really enjoyed this book. I would recommend it to anyone going through FSOG withdrawal.
The story keeps you captivated.
Travis hands down!!!!
I read it in one night.
