In the third volume of The Dark Tower, Roland, the last gunslinger, is moving ever closer to the Dark Tower that haunts his dreams and nightmares. But he is no longer alone. He has trained Eddie and Susannah, who entered Mid-World from their separate whens in New York City in The Drawing of the Three, in the old ways of the gunslingers. But their ka-tet is not yet complete.

    Overall

The first two books were captivating and good. This book was incredible. I felt like a junkie always trying to find some excuse to drive or go for a long run just to hear more and more of this story. The build up is perfect and the whole second half of the book is like one giant climax. I am incredibly impressed with how Mr King handles this complex of a tale. The reader for book 3 is terrific as well!
