The recording itself holds a lot of distracting pauses, but I got used to it over time. The message is powerful enough I'm willing to make it work for me. The part that is the most frustrating is as I am guided into drifting off slowly and gently I am rudely jolted awake by the intrusive "Audible.com" message at the end of the recording.
This is a Eastern philosophical approach to dealing with touchy situations. The more I listen to it, the more it makes sense. It's, of course, a higher version of what I am capable of now but with practice it should become easier.
