This was a very eye opening book, peering into the behind the scenes work of the forensic doctors. Especially informative was the description of how the 911 disaster was handled from the forensic perspective. Warning: The stories can be gruesome and are not for the faint of heart.
I loved the storyline and thought it gave so much information on this dreaded disease. This is heartbreaking at any age but especially one so young.
Very believable and a wonderful narrator. This was my first book by this author but it certainly won't be my last!!
This book will be enjoyed by young and old alike. It was a great listen and I just adore the narration by Jenna Lamia. She is one of my favorite.
The plot kind of bogs down about half way through but if you hang in there, it's worth it.
Don't waste your time and money. If I could give this less than 1 star, I would.
Being from the South and white, this book made me both proud and ashamed at the same time. Thank God there were and are people that are like Skeeter who speak out against injustice and, that there are brave souls who put their lives and the lives of their families at risk to expose this injustice. This book was well written and I just loved the narration.
I was very disappointed with this book. It seem to ramble and had a very weak plot. I regret buying it.
