We as women need to learn to love ourselves, especially enough to not accept abuse, from anyone including men. We as women need to see all the blessings we have today. The freedom to choose! The freedom to make our dreams come true. The freedom to love ourselves enough to know what is right for us. This book deserves continual study and application, it could save many women, including me!
The morning meditation helps bring to mind everything we can be greatful for. You see the blessings instead of the lack. The night meditation is equally beneficial. You relax totally, let go of negative emotions, and prepare your mind for peaceful sleep. Gratitude and letting go...two very important healthy steps...coupled with Louise's saintly voice and words!
Very pretty relaxing meditation(s), three of them. However, the last one in my opinion is the best one when it deals with not smoking. It is verbal and on the subject of smoking and quitting. The other two meditations are good for relaxation more than to quit smoking, in my opinion. Overall pleasant cd audio.
