Throw out everything you think you know about history. Close the approved textbooks, turn off the corporate mass media, and whatever you do, don't believe anything you hear from the government---The Rise of the Fourth Reich reveals the truth about American power.

What made the experience of listening to The Rise of the Fourth Reich the most enjoyable?

Jim Marrs will amaze you with his research and his complex interweaving of the history that you thought you knew.
Often times hard to follow, Jim takes you on a complex march through German History through the second World War, the rise and so called fall of the 3rd Reich and into modern day corporate America making revelations that will astound and stun!
Highly recommend this to anyone who thought they knew what happened after the Second World War and for those who think they know who runs America - Obama should read this!

  • Salt Sugar Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us

Every year, the average American eats 33 pounds of cheese (triple what we ate in 1970) and 70 pounds of sugar (about 22 teaspoons a day). We ingest 8,500 milligrams of salt a day, double the recommended amount, and almost none of that comes from the shakers on our table. It comes from processed food. It’s no wonder, then, that one in three adults, and one in five kids, is clinically obese.

Michael says: "This is all too real, and YOU are the victim."

Would you consider the audio edition of Salt Sugar Fat to be better than the print version?

    No

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

Staggering what the food industry will do to make money at the expense of our lives and our health!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The Bliss - the moment the recipe is so perfect you have to have more! More sugar, or fat or salt or all three!

    Any additional comments?

This is a must read if only to understand why North America is a country of obese people sedated on food like a drug sucking back deadly diet colas and eating fattening potato chips until we all have diabetes.
