Four famed '60s radicals are gunned down at long range by a sniper. Under enormous media scrutiny, the FBI quickly concludes that Marine war hero Carl Hitchcock, whose 93 kills were considered the leading body count tally among American marksman in Vietnam, was the shooter. But as the Bureau, led by Special Agent Nick Memphis, bears down, Hitchcock commits suicide. But Nick is suspicious and asks his friend, the retired Marine sniper Bob Lee Swagger, to examine the data.

Steven says: "from a former MOS8541 and Hunter reader"
    "Bob Lee... Superman???"
    Overall

Hunter has gotten away from the Bob Lee in Point of Impact as a real world character with plausable scenarios and gone to turning him into a cross between Sherlock Holmes and Superman. Still exciting but getting out of the original realm.

The one expert millions of readers have learned to trust, one of the few psychics instantly recognizable to television viewers, Sylvia Browne is back. She has proven herself, in her fifty years of working as a medium, to be the reigning queen of psychic phenomena. Here is an insightful look at how much of one's present life is informed by one's past lives, and how many health and relationship problems have their roots in unresolved past lives.

Stacey says: "Great if you've not read the book"
"Good as far as it goes"
    Overall

Sylvia Browne shows in this book that she has stumbled on some facts in the psychic world of healing but has some questionable conclusions about them. I gave up trying to contact her on these items when I found that it is only possible to communicate with her after you pay her to talk to you in any form (e-mail, phone, letter...). I do not consider it ethical to charge for correspondence of this type especially when someone is trying to help you.

He was one the best Marine snipers in Vietnam. Today, 20 years later, all Bob Lee Swagger wants is to be left alone. But a shadowy military organization seduces him into one last mission for his country - unaware until too late that the game is rigged. The assassination plot is executed to perfection until Bob Lee Swagger, alleged lone gunman, comes out of the operation alive, the target of a nationwide manhunt, with his only allies a woman he just met and a discredited FBI agent.

    Randy says: "Magnificent"
    "The best of Bob Lee"
    Overall

Sticking close to the real life character that Bob Lee was based on makes this the best of the series. This is a great read.

Here is a story that goes beyond space and time. Isaac Asimov takes on a jouney that explores the ultimate fate of the universe, along with the question, what will become of the human race? So take a journey into the outer twilight of your mind. Turn off the light, sit back and relax, close your eyes, and enter the infinite universe of your imagination.

This is an absolutely fascinating story but the amount of music/sound effects is extremely distracting. I would not recommend this narrator.
