This is one of the best books I've listened to. Eric Dove does an amazing job of telling the story and keeping my interest.
Reggie Anderson's trip to Heaven.
I'd love to listen in one sitting but I don't want the book to end.
I will definitely purchasing more books narrated by Eric Dove. Very entertaining.
I would recommend this book to friends. The stories are interesting and give a person hope for what awaits all of us.
I could listen to this book all in one sitting. Richard Martini is an excellent story teller. Very natural style that I enjoy. Listening to his book is like sitting with a good friend and listening to him tell you stories. Well done.
My only complaint concerning this book is the production of it. The "popping of the P's", the thumping of the microphone, the change in sound from one chapter to another. For instance I was listening to a later chapter yesterday on the way home from NC. One chapter sounded like it was recorded in a large cave. I really like Mr. Martini's natural style of delivery but the noise from popping P's to hitting the mic and making a thumping noise is distracting.
Inspiring, entertaining, true.
I'd compare it to another favorite of mine, Proof of Heaven.
A very good story teller.
James Anderson does a fantastic job of telling the story of his brother Billy's trip to heaven and back. The book is funny and entertaining and down to earth. It's a great read.
This is a very good listen. After listening I purchased the full book.
He kept me listening and kept me wanting to hear more of the story. Very clear and engaging read.
The part where the sister dies to free the other sister so she can live her life.
Interesting, inspiring, uplifting.
The fact that this happened to a respected surgeon and we are able to have his views on life after death.
I enjoyed hearing about his private life and the back story of his TV career.
Henry Bushkin. Dick did an excellent job of reading and keeping me interested.
I don't like the reading style of the narrator for this type of book. The author is dutch but the narrator sounds like he is reading a western.
The author claims not to be a writer but the book is very wordy and doesn't fit the his claim of not being a writer. I find that part unbelievable.
I had the feeling I was listening to a western novel. The performance didn't fit the book.
I'd like a refund.
Yes. I have the hard copy, a copy on Kindle and I now have the audio book. I highly recommend this book to anyone that has clutter to clear. Read it and you'll see what I mean. Ms. Kingston inspires you to grab the trash bags and start clearing. I read it in one sitting the first time and headed upstairs and tossed four bags of clutter from my computer room that afternoon.
Ms. Kingston explains why we hang onto junk.
This is the only performance I have listened to so far.
I read it for the first time in one sitting.
This is the best book I've found on clearing clutter. It's the only one you'll need.
I thought John McLain did an excellent job of reading and relating the story.
I have never been a fan of Obama and have always had a feeling in my gut that he is a weasel. I don't trust him and I worry about the country being in his hands. This book confirmed it for me.
This is my first listen of John McLain. As I said before, he did an excellent job.
There were so many moments that it's hard to put my finger on just one. I can tell you that I started listening and didn't stop until the book was finished. It's the first audio book I've ever done that with. I couldn't turn it off.
I hope more and more people realize what a jerk they put in office in 2008. He has got to be voted out in November. This country cannot take another four years of Obama and his wife. Please voters, send him packing.
One or two chapters about cave men and women would have been more than enough.
She could have given more examples of body language without all the stories about early man. I wanted to learn about current body language and how it relates to dating today.
Anybody but Tonya. I love her Kindle book The Power of Body language and I enjoy watching her on YouTube. I didn't enjoy listening to her read her own book. It sounded like she was READING it.
I'm disappointed. I'll stick to reading her books on my own. I highly recommend What Every Body Is Saying by Joe Navarro. It's the best audio book on body language I've listened to so far.
I'd like my money back but I know that won't happen. Live and learn.Thank you.
