Well delivered information.
First of this type of book I have ever read.
Tons of interesting information on the subject with an appropriate amount of personal beliefs and points of view to suit the material.
I truly enjoyed the read. The author did not preview his information as the gospel but rather as a strong opinion. I appreciate that about the author.
It was a good story as far as "hold them off" books go.
Of course. He's a great story teller.
He should not have read his own material. He wasn't horrible but changing narrators is hardly ever a good experience for the listener. I have enjoyed the narration from his earlier two books, and I would have preferred that he stuck with Nick.
The simple ending was very good. Also the insight to the character was truly enjoyable.
I wouldn't purchase this with out reading the author's first two books first.
The book was tasteless and juvenile. Fix this problem and it might have been okay.
The Narration was horrible so no.
The book comes across as a book of ideas, but in reality most of the "tips" given seem to be the author's way of saying I have no more good ideas.
Great true story.
None that I can think of. Probably why its a great read or listen. The Narrator was great. He truly brought the book to life.
This book brought me as close to tears as i have been in years, and not all of it was sad. It had a wonderful ending.
Any Christian looking for a truly powerful read this is your book. In fact you do not need to be a Christian to enjoy the wonderful story telling in this book.
Focusing on the four blood moons. I love sermons but I did not but this book to hear one.
Disappointment. I was hoping for a detailed work on this phenomenon but what I got was a sermon with a little information on the Blood moons added. The author did a good job when focusing on this subject but I did not need the four hour back drop to his life.
I did not disagree with what the author had to say, but he did not focus on the main issue that was plastered on the front cover of his book.
All the characters were great but lacked some detail due to the rush the author had to get to the climax.
The wedding scene was my personal favorite.
The author did a great job in getting the reader interested from the start. Well rounded characters despite the lack of any real backdrops.
It depends upon how bored you happen to be at the moment... Perhaps a good filler.
No! The material was lacking and the funniest stuff was left out.
Do not have a good grasp on the readers, but the did do very well with mixing it up.
If they put into it half the preparation they use for their books, then yes. But another one like this, I hope not.
The book gave some good backround but much more could have been done in the way of story telling.
More action of course
Both readers great, as always.
Yes, avoid reading it again.
When I first listened to this book I was slightly impressed with it's content. However after listening I also decieded to listen to Ravi Zacharias, as was suggested by another reviewer, but also C.S. Lewis' book called, "Mere Christianity. Needless to say I was blown away by thier awsome defense of Christianity. I have to say now that I compare Richard Dawkins with the likes of C.S. Lewis It's like comparing Yosemite Sam to Plato.
