Clara Gardner has recently learned that she's part angel. Having angel blood run through her veins not only makes her smarter, stronger, and faster than humans (a word, she realizes, that no longer applies to her), but it means she has a purpose, something she was put on this earth to do. Figuring out what that is, though, isn't easy.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

It is a good book and has a good story line. And was easy to follow but it was a little long

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Wolves of Midwinter?

When they had the Christmas party. Showing they are not really that much different from everyone ells. Wanting attention but will to help the towns people out in anyway they could, and showing just like us they, they fight and argue among themselves. And try to work out their differences.

Which character – as performed by Ron McLarty – was your favorite?

I like Felix. He always seemed to have his act together even when is daughter died. He was the force that held the group together. and when the new members were added to the group it was him who supported them

Would you consider the audio edition of Kitty and The Midnight Hour to be better than the print version?

Yes Marguerite is a good reader. But Marguerite keeping the story moving with her voice was the only reason if finished the book. Wasn't there a Twilite Zone show or a Night Stalkers show about this back in the 70's? Really did not like the ending at all. Actually about the last 45min.

What did you like best about this story?

Coming out and trying to make it on her own. But she still ended up being spineless

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    no too long

And by her recent standards, things are actually looking up. Lycanthropes don't faze Anna. Doctoring a wolf pack outside Grundy, Alaska, is the closest thing to home life she's known in years. But hitching a ride to Anchorage with long-absent pack member Caleb Graham - that's a risk. Part of her itches to whack his nose with a newspaper. The rest is trying unsuccessfully to keep her own paws off every delicious inch of him.
