This is the first review I have written since my 2 yr membership with Audible. I want to encourage you to take a look at this book!
The book provides the most up to date research in Weight Loss Science and is in line with other credible sources. As an Exercise Physiologist I found the book very useful in helping clients to understand weight loss essentials. The only draw back is that the author often refers to 'CD 4' for text files and quizzes. At first this was a problem but I found I could go to the website and get the guide to accompany the book (which I recommend you do).
The author is enjoyable to listen to and gets to the point. I highly recommend this book if you are having trouble losing weight and want to get good current scientific advice.
A comprehensive program covering goals, sales, personal development, finance, self worth and so much more!
I love Brian Tracy's style and found myself eager to return to the next part of the program (it is delivered in about 10 sections). I agree with previous reviews - get this for a new kick start especially with the new year approaching!!
