Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Makes me think about all the times when my team has excelled and how many times it was not so obvious who was the sparkplug for the wins we get. Most times everybody takes a part in the wins.

    Any additional comments?

Reminds me to be more and more grateful for the great team I am on. Makes me think more about how I handle team issue to build trust to the highest levels.
