This book had all the usual ingredients for greatness and lived up to it!
The main characters were perfect and evolving as a they should.
No real favorites in this book. I still enjoy Sasha overall of the series.
Previous reviews lead me to believe that this book was unworthy. But it was a bad review. I am glad I did not believe it.
I loved this series. But to leave me with a cliff hanger is unbearable! I can't wait! Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!
I do not think anyone can get why it is a repeat of Remembering... Eithe the order is all wrong or it was a big mislead.
A different twist all together.
Performance is prestine still.
The story seems to engulf you until you just yield. It makes you want to go on to the next chapter and even the next book.
I just can not stand an ugly, down of life and luck. Never making it! Never showing better time or better attitude.
I plan to move to "review my great remarkable vampires who love, conquer, an triumphant. Even read more about Druids, true suspense with bad boys not tarnished with pity poor excuses of weak forms of vampires.
I could say that the stories tied together even though I tried each one , they individually stunk.
This one sits right near the top of my favorites. While not a great fan of the Scots, I do love the way Phil makes you see these wonderful people. The story line as well as the emotions and characters are so real.
When the heroine finally concedes to truly love her highlander is such a wondrous feeling. While lowest is equally felt when he loses her. Oh, the pain.
He actually did a fabulous job as the Adrienne, the wife of the highlander.
Time travel to find love is forever a passion we can all dream of.
I have only begun the series and I cannot wait to get to the rest.
I tried to listen the endless devastation of his existence is too much.
Did not go to the end.
A serious downer.
I would most definitely recommend this book, series to my friends.
Convincing Jack that he can love and be loved keeps the moments linked from chapters to chapter.
In the beginning when they meet and she rescues him is a great way to start.
I could not wait to get to the end to see what cliffhanger would be in place.
It is a remarkable story to read and Rebecca Cook makes a good listen.
I am sorry that there are 3 additional books that have not been recorded.
Get the other 3 books!
The Spider keeps the pace moving, Her thoughts and actions keep you listening for the next twist or turn of events!
The Spider is true to her character and human. The reader truly helps you feel her jealous moments as well as her anguish over the love that would never be. Then she is over it!
The best scene for me is when she finally walks away from the Detective, letting him go back to his bride to be while she goes to embrace her lover who makes the best weapons for her!
The emotional content of the reading is well balanced, no real unpredictable extremes.
There are few writers I return to Laura K. Hamilton was one and Nalini Singh is the other!
Getting her wings as a result of true love is so beautiful and so befitting for the love-hate relationship of Elena and Raphael.
Raphael's slow but ever evolving archangel to slightly human character was my favorite character. He is regal but his love is pedestrian and universal.
One sitting is what you wish for when listening to this story unfold. The narrator was excellent.
More! More! More!
