What a fantastic book. Almost my favorite of the Shadow series. I hope it is not the last. You have to listen to the previous books to understand what?s going on.

    GREAT.

Then John Bristow walks through his door with an amazing story: his sister, the legendary supermodel Lula Landry, famously fell to her death a few months earlier. It's approaching Christmas in Rome and snow is falling in a way that only happens every 20 or 30 years. The city is soon paralyzed by an unseasonably icy grip, and in the dark corners of the Pantheon a grim and mysterious story begins to unfold.

    Overall

This is a really great listen. I listen to A LOT of books & this is one of the best.

It is a very good thriller with a similar thematic to the Da Vinci Code... but not at all a rip off.

    For sure a must read

From Scotland's most exciting up-and-coming mystery novelist comes a story of Lachlan Harriot, a man who refuses to believe his wife, Susie, is a killer, even though she had been working with Andrew Gow, a paroled serial killer, as his court-appointed psychologist, when she was found covered in blood near the spot where his and his wife's bodies were discovered. Desperate to clear his wife's name, Lachlan searches her home office for proof of her innocence.

Great story and characters. I could not stop listening to this story. I think this is probably the best buy I have done at audible.

In the Nevada desert, an experiment has gone horribly wrong. A cloud of nanoparticles (micro-robots) has escaped from the laboratory. This cloud is self-sustaining and self-reproducing. It is intelligent and learns from experience. For all practical purposes, it is alive.

    "Great book."
    Overall

I must say that I really enjoyed this audio book. The reader is very, very good and I love the story. I always love that Crichton, like in timeline, really makes things like NANO technologies really easy to understand. If you live in the BAY AREA, you will like this book even more, because many of the places are familiar and especially the characters are very life like. Great book.
