  • A Walk to Remember

    • UNABRIDGED (4 hrs and 34 mins)
    • By Nicholas Sparks
    • Narrated By Nicholas Sparks

It was 1958, and Landon had already dated a girl or two. He even swore that he had once been in love. Certainly the last person in town he thought he'd fall for was Jamie Sullivan, the daughter of the town's Baptist minister. Then a twist of fate made Jamie his partner for the homecoming dance, and Landon Carter's life would never be the same.

    "A Great Book"

I was a little scepticle about getting this book thinking it might be just a boring love story and drag out. Someone told me that it was good, so I decided to give it a shot and as it turns out it was one of the best books I've read (or heard). Great story about the human spirit and how things in life can change you forever. Get this one!!

  • Up Country

    • UNABRIDGED (28 hrs and 37 mins)
    • By Nelson DeMille
    • Narrated By Scott Brick
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

In the latest from Nelson DeMille (author of The Lion's Game), Paul Brenner is called out of CID retirement to investigate the murder 30 years ago of an army lieutenant in Vietnam. Brenner's trip up country, with a beautiful American expatriate for company, will lead him to uncover an explosive, long-buried secret.

    "A Must Read!!"

This is one of the best books I've ever read. Demille takes you though a descriptive and captivating story of Vietnam during the war and life in the country today. Great read and also pick up on Vietnam facts along the way. Hard to believe this book is fiction, definitely worth reading and I hope the movie plans work out for this book.

    "Another Knock At the Door"

If your like me you like a good mystery/thriller/suspense novel, but I have to say this wasnt it. In the last book I read by the author, Roses Are Red I thought he did a great job with everything a good book should have. That book started out with an FBI agent/friend showing up at his house to ask for help in a case, one which he was unable to refuse. In Four Blind Mice, theres another knock at the door and you guessed it, they need help and he cant refuse. Every case seems to be his last and the story was a bit boring. In short I'd pass.

  • The Murder Book

    • UNABRIDGED (15 hrs and 30 mins)
    • By Jonathan Kellerman
    • Narrated By John Rubinstein

In 17 consecutive best selling novels, Jonathan Kellerman has proven himself the master of the psychological thriller. Now, in Kellerman's most compelling novel yet, L.A. psychologist-detective Alex Delaware confronts a long-unsolved murder of unspeakable brutality - an ice-cold case whose resolution threatens his survival and that of longtime friend, homicide detective Milo Sturgis.

    Lynn says: "I liked it"
    "Good, But Not Great"

The story takes awhile to get started and even when it does get going a bit it still isnt really worth listening to. I think the author did a good job with bringing the characters to life, but failed on making it a strong ending.
