Could you survive on your own, in the wild, with everyone out to make sure you don't live to see the morning? In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

Would you listen to Steve Jobs again? Why?

Of course... very realistic story..not written with exaggeration.

What other book might you compare Steve Jobs to and why?

    IWoz

What does Dylan Baker bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The reading was done professionally, good pace and pitch...very pleasing to the ears.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Yeap

    Any additional comments?

This is a great book! I am an Apple avid customer and was stunned after listening to this book. I never expected Steve Jobs as what was transpired on the book. It was honestly written...Steve Jobs was temperamental, inconsiderate and has a body odor, LOL!!!

Not all famous people would allow that bad info being publish on their own biography book but Steve Jobs didn't just cared about it which gives more reality feel on the story.

Great book! I just kept it as one of my audible collection!

Kurt Reid may be innocent of the murder he's charged with (and of grand larceny, for that matter), but he's got no time to be thrown in jail and defend himself. Instead, Reid flees to pre-Communist China and Shanghai, the exotic city of mystery and death. Reid takes refuge in a tea house where he meets a Russian woman, Varinka Savischna, whom he manages to rescue from certain death. As beautiful as she is smart, she recruits him in her crusade against Chinese intelligence services.

While in Paris on business, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon receives an urgent late-night phone call. The elderly curator of the Louvre has been murdered inside the museum, a baffling cipher found near the body. As Langdon and gifted French cryptologist, Sophie Neveu, sort through the bizarre riddle, they are stunned to discover a trail of clues hidden in the works of Da Vinci, clues visible for all to see and yet ingeniously disguised by the painter.

    Overall

I finally had the chance to listen to the book. I saw the movie and I believe, the movie is more understandable to me than the book itself. I had to listen to it twice to fully grasp and follow what's going on in every chapter...

However, this Dan Brown's masterpiece of course deserve 5stars..

    Great read!

Before cell phones that fit in the palm of your hand and slim laptops that fit snugly into briefcases, computers were like strange, alien vending machines. They had cryptic switches, punch cards, and pages of encoded output. But in 1975, a young engineering wizard named Steve Wozniak had an idea: What if you combined computer circuitry with a regular typewriter keyboard and a video screen?

    Overall

I'm suppose to be giving 5 star on this because, in the end, the whole book was great. However, Steve just used a lot of technical words in Engineering and did some explaining which made me more dizzy & felt I was taking a course...But again, this book is very inspiring and brilliantly written.

If you are an APPLE fan, you have to read this...It's the story of the man who invented the APPLE computer...Steve Wozniak.

The New York Times best-selling author heralds the future of business in Free. In his revolutionary best seller, The Long Tail, Chris Anderson demonstrated how the online marketplace creates niche markets, allowing products and consumers to connect in a way that has never been possible before. Now, in Free, he makes the compelling case that, in many instances, businesses can profit more from giving things away than they can by charging for them.
