I could NOTut this book down. Ms Gardner has you on the edge of your seat until the very end!
I'm not really a horror show kinda gal, but I found myself being drawn into this fiction so much so that I had t research the book to make sure it was, indeed, fiction! The added technological "goodies" presented in the download AND the app for the interactive portion of the experience were certainly intriguing. I'm loving this roach to literature and would truly find it a bonus if tried in another genre.
Keeps you right on the edge until the end. The end?? I think that is yet to come. What a great first novel. I can't wait until the next!
Tami Hoag has written at least two books about traumatic brain injuries (Crash and Burn) and this one. This one is, by far, the more credible stories of the two. The characters are better developed and realistic and the story is credible.
Another good Patrick Bower thriller. I wish the narrator would get another voice for Tessa. She sounds stilted and like a whiny brat.
Met my expectations. Don't know why others complained about the narrator. I enjoyed his voices and give him a big thumbs up!! Looking forward to others in the series.
Good story. Stilted reading
Rhythm didn't flow. His inflection and rhythm was like driving over a bumpy road
Leyva didn't do Turow justice - so to speak,
