In winter, Brianna Concannon's bed-and-breakfast is a cold and empty place. And that's fine with Brianna. She enjoys the peace and quiet, even when icy winds howl at her window. This year, though, she's expecting an unusual guest: mystery writer Grayson Thane, from America. And sometimes a fire can be born in ice.

Sara says: "Great book! The narrator is amazing...."

If you could sum up Born in Ice in three words, what would they be?

    Wind-swept Romance

What was one of the most memorable moments of Born in Ice?

When the mysterious Yank arrives at Blackthorn Cottage In the midst of a stormy night and sees Brianne for the first time.

What does Fiacre Douglas bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I was surprised to hear an Irish reader and felt it added to the story telling since this book is set in Ireland.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It was a compelling story even though I have read the book several times before.

    Any additional comments?

This is one of my favorite Nora Roberts books, and listening to it made it seem new.

When Nell Channing arrives on charming Three Sisters Island, she believes that she's finally found refuge from her abusive husband - and from the terrifying life she fled so desperately eight months ago. Just as Nell starts to wonder if she'll ever be able to break free of her fear, she realizes that the island suffers from a terrible curse - one that can only be broken by the descendants of the Three Sisters, the witches who settled the island back in 1692.

What made the experience of listening to Dance Upon the Air the most enjoyable?

Listening to the book really brings the conversations to life.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Dance Upon the Air?

When the three form their circle to protect Nell.

What about Sandra Burr’s performance did you like?

She did a great job on the different voices. She gave Nell's voice the hesitant, but earnest quality it should have to be true to the story.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This is one of my favorite books and the story always makes my heart soar for Nell's journey.
