This is a long book that isn't what the title leads you to believe. The majority of this books time is spent telling you how everyone else has failed and not how to make the changes to succeed. It seems that by trying to compair so many other "body fat" solutions you really don't know what the solution is. I really feel if the author would have simply taken his time to write about his solution it would have been a more interesting read and perhaps something you could actually follow. This is not a memorable book and not something I would suggest.
