Apprentice magician Skeeve, his scaly mentor Aahz and beautiful ex-assassin Tanda are back - and this time they're treasure hunting in a dimension that combines the Wild West with the vampire - cursed hills of Transylvania - where gold is common as dirt, and danger lurks behind every sagebrush.

If you could sum up Myth-ion Improbable in three words, what would they be?

    A deeper adventure

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that this was a more complex plot than the first three in the series. Chronologically this book comes 4th, even though it was written 11th. I throughly enjoyed the first three books and was ready for the slight change of pace.

The women at Vows - a wedding planning company in Connecticut - make it their business to create memorable events for couples sealing their bonds. And though the bonds among Parker, Emma, Mac, and Laurel may not be official, they are very real - and equally worthy of celebration.

    Overall

I just finished listening to Nora Roberts trilogy beginning with the book Morrigan's Cross with the superb narration of Dick Hill. It was a completely satisfying experience both with the epic saga of Ms Robert's story and the many skilled "voices" of Mr Hill. Beginning Vision in White was a jarring change due to Ms Durante's the weakly portrayed male voices and the trite plot device of the whinny parent. One of the few Audible books I didn't bother to finish.
