There's Moss, living in the shadow of a father whose obsession with power overshadows the needs of his only son; Jessica, the doomed mother who gave up everything to become the perfect Coleman wife; Moss and Billie's children, desperately trying to live up to the insurmountable expectations; and the grandchildren, heirs to a tarnished empire who just might fulfill their dreams.

What did you love best about Texas Rich?

The love and joy along with the sorrow of the True meaning of FAMILY.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Texas Rich?

When the car blew up in the gargage. To show the unbeleivable belief of greed and anger.

What about Laural Merlington’s performance did you like?

Could not tell the it was only one person reading aloud. This was one talented person and not half a dozen readers. She did a wonderful job and I was right there listening to all of it, SPELLBOUND.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes, when Moss passed away. I couldn't stop crying.

    Any additional comments?

In all the short years that I have been with Audible I have never been so drawn to any story as I was to this one. I was so ingrossed in this story that I cried, laughed ad wanted it to never end. Texas Rich was- is a wonderful story. The very BEST that I have ever heard.
