Would you listen to Fractured again? Why?

I personally don't listen to books over again...but was well worth the read!

What did you like best about this story?

Great twists and turns, some well guided strains between relationships of the characters involved- always bringing light to the depth and past occurances that make each individual who they are.

What does Phil Gigante bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Wonderful story teller, love how audible brings more depth to characters!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

A parents worst nightmare, the struggles and the saviors....

From Atlanta's wealthiest suburbs to its stark inner-city housing projects, a killer has crossed the boundaries of wealth and race. And the people who are chasing him must cross those boundaries, too. Among them is Michael Ormewood, a veteran detective whose marriage is hanging by a thread and whose arrogance and explosive temper are threatening his career. And Angie Polaski, a beautiful vice cop who was once Michael's lover before she became his enemy.

    Cindy says: "Really rough material"
"Suspenseful, Alluring, Keeps wondering what's next"

Would you consider the audio edition of Triptych to be better than the print version?

Personally can't say if it is "better" in audio but I enjoy the depth that the narrator brings to the story. Won't have time to read if it wasn't audible, totally enjoyable.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

This plot keeps twisting and turning, the author has a wonderful way of pulling the past into the present and ties it all together well.

Which character – as performed by Michael Kramer – was your favorite?

Believe it or not, it's Angie.... he gives depth into what kind of person she is and the issues she struggles with.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

The Strength to Overcome the Past...

    Any additional comments?

Enjoy the Will Trent series by Slaughter, discrepancies as to the order....I still have come back for more irregardless.

Meet Peter Brown, a young Manhattan emergency room doctor with an unusual past that is just about to catch up with him. His morning begins with the quick disarming of a would-be mugger, followed by a steamy elevator encounter with a sexy young pharmaceutical rep, topped off by a visit with a new patient - and from there Peter's day is going to get a whole lot worse and a whole lot weirder.

Chuck says: "Great book and great narrator"
"Fast tempo, catching story-leaves you wanting more"

If you could sum up Beat the Reaper in three words, what would they be?

    Allegretto, Suspenseful, Uncomplicated

Would you recommend Beat the Reaper to your friends? Why or why not?

I would recommend Beat the Reaper to friends due to the up-tempo nature of the read. Underlying mob theme with a fast paced plot, enjoyable to distract from the real world..

What does Robert Petkoff bring to the story that you wouldn???t experience if you just read the book?

His sarcasm brings light to the character, gives him added depth that helps pull you into the story. Well read, easy to like detail from his intonation and performance.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extreme reaction to the book, was just a nice distraction into another's somewhat crazy slightly out of touch lifestyle....

Based on a a novella from Different Seasons, this unabridged tale focuses on a man convicted of murder, who finds himself in a prison ruled by a sadistic warden and secretly operated by a clever convict.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Shawshank Redemption to be better than the print version?

The audio version has such great depth, Muller gives a phenomenal performance. It's like you are a prisoner in the thick of it with Red and Andy. I feel the audio version is better than the print version due to the added body that Muller ultimately brings to the work.

What did you like best about this story?

The story was believable, no supernatural here. Right down to the nitty gritty, the hard truth of life in prison and the events that allow one to be free no matter where you are. From the details about the ugly to the cleanliness of his demeanor Andy draws you in wishing the story to never end......

Have you listened to any of Frank Muller???s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to many of Frank Muller's performances, I am drawn to his mesmerizing voice. This performance is as great as any other, I miss this artist.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

A story about a man's life gone wrong, righted
