So I agree with most people here that this is a great book and I'm about to read it again.
I was directed to the book after reading another extremely good book on weight management which was quoting Psycho-cybernetics. So my interest was piqued and I bought this book. Needless to say I'm happy I bought the book. Reading it was like a switch turning on a light. I could immediately identify and recognize parts of my own self image that needed changing. I have applied the principles to my life with good results/changes already. I have convinced my wife to read it also and purchased some hard copies to use as "Manuals"
My advice - buy the book, listen to it, be open to the concepts, and apply them. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Dont be fooled by this audiobook. Although the plans outlined in the audiobook sound great, this audiobook is essentially a waste of money due to the lack of the written material required to:-
1. Assess the most suitable diet for you
2. For the list of allowed foods and
3. A few other pieces of information
My opinion? Buy the regular book or ensure the audiobook you buy comes with the written material its supposed to have!!!!
