Every so often, an audiobook comes along that captures the attention of the hard working entrepreneur (for more than ten minutes) and literally changes the paradigm of how they view their business. Through a quick listen you will experience Scott Fritz's entrepreneurial journey first hand, as he shares with you the business tools, action focused exercises and mindset philosophy that allowed him to achieve The 40 Hour Work YEAR.

Would you listen to The 40 Hour Work YEAR again? Why?

Yes, I have listened and read this book 4 separate times. That doesn't include the many times I have referenced it as a guide while working through different mind set shifts in my business! - I highly recommend this book for the Job owners / entrepreneurs that is coach-able and teachable. If you are not, then I would recommend you go back to your job.

What did you like best about this story?

Each Chapter is not a chapter, but a mindset shift! It doesn't matter were you are in your business. You will relate to each chapter!

What does Tom Zingarelli bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He draws me in as a listener! I don't want to fall asleep because of how he reads the book. His voice goes up and down and gives vivid images to your mind as you listen.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

What really moved me in this book was the understanding of how valuable values are in a company! Our Values Govern our decision making. This book taught me this and was explained in a way that made me understand exactly what to do. Or at least have a really good idea on the direction.

    Any additional comments?

This book is for someone that doesn't want to recreate the wheel of business and just wants to start enjoying the fun part to an entrepreneur's life!

This book is about how to remove the Deoms (tape worms out of your body) and raise your level of consciences.

Where does The Essene Gospel of Peace rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This Book Series will rank in the top 3 most important sources for ancient knowledge and information.

Which character – as performed by Tom Zingarelli – was your favorite?

Tom is an amazing reader. He draws you in to every charter! When you are listening to him speak you lose the since of time because of how engaged you get listening to the story!

If you could take any character from The Essene Gospel of Peace out to dinner, who would it be and why?

I would ask Jesus to get a beer w/ me! I would want to learn more about his perspective. Not the 2000 year our bullshit perspective they feed us now a days!

    Any additional comments?

The reason why this book is so important to me is b/c instead of questioning if the story is true I decided to walk the same path book 1 talked about. I decided to go into the forest and do a 28 day water fast and I followed Jesus advice on "How to remove the tape worms out of my body". From my understanding this book says that the snake from Adom and Eve and the bible is actually referencing the tape worm that live in our intestines. So basically the tape worms is why we attract lower vibrational thoughts and ideas into our life. The tape worm is were our temptations come from.

Ishmael is an utterly unique and captivating spiritual adventure which redefines what it is to be human. We are introduced to Ishmael, a creature of immense wisdom. He has a story to tell, one that no human being has ever heard before. It is the story of man's place in the grand scheme, and it begins at the birth of time. This history of the world has never appeared in any schoolbook. "Does the earth belong to man?" Ishmael asks. "Or does man belong to the earth?"
