it's every cliche ever used since time began.
one of the worst books I have ever tried to listen to
By not blaming the US Military and big business for all the problems
By coming up with something a little more realistic as the cause of the problem. As many enemy's as the US has why would you make the military responsible. It's no wonder Hollywood made a movie out of this tripe.
Scott Brick does his normal good job. He's the only reason I will finished the book.
not sure I couldn't take over an hour before turning it off
not read it
I can't blame him
very disappointed that I wasted money on it
yes I have all the books in the series
he was fine it's the story that's the problem.
I kept waiting for it to get good and it never did.
Half the book (or it seems like half) of the book is in French. I don't understand French so a lot of the book meant nothing to me.
It's part of the series
These are not cheap books. I will try 1 more and see how it is.
I've read all his books, I guess no one is perfect. Richard Ferrone can only read what he's given. I listened to this right after Sudden Prey which was out standing. It was quite a let down.
All of them from this book.
I'll continue to buy any additional books in the "prey" series. And any others from John Sandford.
a different narrator
his voices make my skin crawl
don't know couldn't get past the first hour
The first one I read was Still life with crows. I couldn't put it down. The series has gotten sillier with each book after that. What would be wrong with the quirky FBI agent solving crimes like in crows.
Read a different book
all of them
It might have been a lot better but the narrator whispered the whole thing. There was no reason to unless that's his style but for me it was a struggle to get through.
Has to be the most boring book I've heard in a long time. The description makes it sound great but the majority of the book takes place in caves.
Recommend for anyone needing aid in sleeping.
