When Izzy Spellman, PI, is arrested for the fourth time in three months, she writes it off as a job hazard. She's been (obsessively) keeping surveillance on a suspicious next door neighbor (suspect's name: John Brown), convinced he's up to no good - even if her parents (the management at Spellman Investigations) are not.

    "Awful book!"

In all my years of audible.com, this is by far the worst book I've bought! Silly, boring and only could read two chapters before giving up.

  • The Innocent Man: Murder and Injustice in a Small Town

John Grisham's first work of nonfiction, an exploration of small town justice gone terribly awry, is his most extraordinary legal thriller yet.

Mark says: "Good Book - Not Typical Grisham"
    "Read the abridged!"
    Overall

I am a huge fan of John Grisham, and I have read every one of his books; but this book is taking all my will power to finish. Wish I'd gotten the abridged version! The reading is dry and boring, although I know intellectually that the topic is emotional and passionate. I am only finishing it, because I am feel I need to know how it all turns out and how I will feel about the death penalty when I'm done...hopefully quickly!
