I liked that the author described what would and wouldn't be included, but also cited external material to be studied. For example he clearly states that he wouldn't get deep into statistics but offered great resources for the reader to pursue should he want to improve in that area. I had been working on a business plan for some months now and taught I had taught about as many ideas as I could. I was wrong. This book is packed with a lot of information. I often found myself pausing to write down notes and ideas. I recommend this book to anyone. This book is beneficial to employers and employees since the principals covered can be applied by both. This is my first audible book and I have not canceled my account because there is clearly a lot to learn out there.
