The writing was good and the story flowed well. Overall I enjoyed it. I just found the premise just too much of "writers convenience". By being able to pull things out of books it seemed just a bit to easy.
Slide rules are great for astrogation! Good story telling. A fun read. Just a bit out of date. Just sit back and enjoy.
Cute little relaxing cozy. Pretty easy to figure out early but a nice listen. Cats didn't play as big a part as I expected.
Story was a bit far fetched, too many people being blackmailed, and too easy for our heroine to figure out. However, it was good clean fun. Nice little cozy.
Here you have a smart intelligent female, with a biology degree, who seemingly takes care of herself in the beginning, but then the first time she sees a cute guy she wants to jump in bed with him. The story would've been a lot better if she had less hormones and a little more story. Minus the sex scene it's not too bad.
I suppose being a 50+ male reader I'm not really the target audience. The story was cute and engaging. Good morals. Although I suspect that modern children might not relate as much as previous generations.
Very enjoyable. A bit different. A fun universe to explore. I'm trying to get friends to read it so we can discuss.
I don't give too many fives. But this one was great. The first third of the book was very interesting and relatively novel. The rest of the book, dealing with the war and the battles, was similar to a lot of other books. However, it was told well and the story was very engaging.
This story is much more political than many of the others in the series. It also jumps around a lot between a number of different storylines. Still it's a worthy addition to the Honor series.
Strange and odd. The recording quality makes it hard to distinguish voices. Had a very hard time especially in the beginning before the story settled down.
I liked the tidbits of info, very useful. But the way it was delivered wanted to make me go to sleep.
