I didn't read the print, but did find it refreshing to have it read by the actual author.
Having the points in the story where I knew just what certain feelings felt like or just how the brain works when having a ED.
The Idea of not being able to just have a baby because of an illness that needs to be fixed was moving. Luckily for myself I never had issues with getting pregnant, or not able to because of my on and off ED issues.
This story makes you want to get more involved with your kids school for sure lol.
Enjoyed the unpredictable death and each of the characters stories.
Was refreshing to have a good narrative voice, she made the good book that much more enjoyable! Great book indeed:)
This is the second book in the Dresden serious I've listened to and although the narrator has a good tone while reading he either sounds like he needs a drink due to dry sticky mouth or was eating something!
With the best of them!
There are so many places in this story where I was thinking one thing, and then was surprised with "oh my gosh no way !"
Seeing how both of these characters make you feel as crazy as they are made me enjoy both of them however if I had to choose sides I like Kirby's more .
Yes! The constant twists and turns has made me more interested in reading more books in this category that is not my typical MO
Yes, I do enjoy the sci fi story of young women! Also hoping book 3 is better then two.
Learning the history of the characters was interesting, I'm still debating if I enjoy the little comical parts between Cinder and her fellow escape buddy.
I was a little disappointed that you could tell what was going to happen vs. being surprised, but still the story is good and I hope to be interested in #3 book.
Yes, there's a great plot!
The main character is supposed to highly educated yet seems sort of unrealistically dumb with other life, not that I disliked her but there are moment where i was thinking I would have expected a little more out of her.
There are some things that I can relate to and this made it more personal and the feel of being there.
Personally found this book addicting to listen to.
Cinder is a typical girl and
I've her normalcy other then actually being a cyborg!
Lots of action and drama kept this going, how ever there are a few predictable things in the story
There were some funny parts here and there, some parts that make you really dis like the terrible step mother and other parts that make you want Cinders side kick girl "yoko" as your buddy too!
Love the fresh girly touches to science fiction!
