This book contains a lot of cursing which I think is unneccesary. I expected more from Patricia. Crude language do not sell a book. I will not buy andy of her books again!!

The gripping new crime novel in the Peter Decker and Rina Lazarus series from New York Times bestselling author Faye Kellerman. LAPD Detective Peter Decker is about to face a case that will push him to the limit… Residents in a local building have been complaining of a smell coming from an apartment rented by the eccentric inventor Hobart Penny. Nearly ninety-years-old, and a hermit for the last 25 years, it is not surprising that the reclusive genius has died without anyone's knowledge.

Would you consider the audio edition of Predator (Peter Decker and Rina Lazarus Crime Thrillers) to be better than the print version?

For me, I like audio books, specially if the narrator is exccelent and great performance.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Predator (Peter Decker and Rina Lazarus Crime Thrillers)?

Peter Decker's interaction with Gabe. The story line was very realistic and kept me guessing. In the beginning I did not like the Gabe character but he slowly grow on you.

Have you listened to any of Mitchell Greenberg’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Mitchell Greenberg is absolutely excellent in his performance!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It totally action packed and fascinating!

    Any additional comments?

I followed all the Peter Decker stories and loved all of them!
I liked the way the characters unravel the story, the human elements that came out in the teenager’s action, and the older characters reaction to that. The direct way Gabe speak, acting like a teen and talking like an old man. The way Rina and Peter interact give it that normality of a family life though I think this wonderful presentation of it is not always reality. It would have been nice to have some disagreement between the main characters to give it more of a real life type of story.

For Detective Chief Inspector Barnaby, a visit to the Causton Amateur Dramatic Society’s production of Amadeus is not an ideal evening’s entertainment. But loyalty to his wife, Joyce, means that attending the first night is a must. Backstage, nerves are fraying. The leading man is taking his role far too much to heart. For Salieri (alias Essalyn Carmichael), suspecting that his wife is having an affair, has decided to wring the truth out of the guilty party on stage. His final act proves to be a pièce de résistance and when the scene takes a particularly gruesome turn, Barnaby finds that his professional skills are called to the fore.

Ms. Kellerman has the capability to create the image of the characters in such a way that they are alive to me. Thanks for these books. I hope other books will soon follow. Lastly the Narrator is the best!

The dramatic autobiography of one of China's dedicated, courageous, and intensely persecuted house church leaders. This is the gripping story of how God took a young, half-starved boy from a poor village in Henan province and placed him on the front line for Jesus, in the face of impossible odds. Instead of focusing on the many miracles or experiences of suffering, however, Yun prefers to focus on the character and beauty of Jesus.

    Story

While I was listening to this book, I did not realize that there was already persecution of Christians so early in 1970's. What we did not know in the western world is how bad it was and still is. When I started the book I could not stop and had to listen right through the night till it was finish. Then a question came up: What would I do in that situation and I have to admit though I love the Lord dearly, I do not know if I would endure this kind of injures. To be so steadfast in what you believe it had to take a miracle from God to sustain this man in his Quest. To understand Gods decision behind this was difficult for me but I praise God for His mercy. I truly reccomend this book for people to understand what is going on even now.
