When Harlow Manning’s rocker father goes on tour, he sends her to Rosemary Beach, Florida, to live with her half-sister, Nan. The problem: Nan despises her. Harlow has to keep her head down if she wants to get through the next nine months, which seems easy enough. Until gorgeous Grant Carter walks out of Nan’s room in nothing but his boxer briefs.

MAJOR FREAKING CLIFFHANGER!!! Next book isn't coming until after summer...I may lose my mind. I like Harlow and Grant, though really Grant can be a major idiot! The whole thing with Nan...really dude, seriously? why has no one just put her out of her misery yet?

Okay, so I like this series, I live the characters, I enjoyed catching up with previous couples, etc. I would have liked to have seen a lot more with this couple, we saw some good progress but there is a long way to go. I would wait on this until closer to the release of the next. I think I like Wood's book more, possibly best, but this is good and I will continue. Once the next one comes I will listen to this again, possibly all of them again because they are good. Rush does piss me off in the very beginning but I get over that.

She was it. His one. His only. Then he made the mistake of letting her go. After fighting his way into Harlow Manning's heart - and revealing a side of himself no one had ever seen before - Grant Carter destroyed his own heart by giving in to his greatest fears and doubts. Months later, he's stuck in a miserable routine. Work relentlessly. Beg his best friend Rush for news about Harlow. Avoid all other friends. Leave nightly voicemails for Harlow, pleading with her to come back to Rosemary Beach.

This story is AMAZING. I don't know of many other books that have ripped my heart apart and sewn it back together with such joy. I am in total awe of Harlow, what a strong, stubborn and beautiful woman. She was never rude, catty or mean but stood up for herself with kindness and gentleness. I have cried so many times throughout this book. The first book was a great lead up, and was a bit emotional as well, but this one starts almost 2 months later. There are no games, no lies, but Grant grows so much and comes to truly understand what love is. Even Nan makes a cameo in kindness land, though I am still not a fan. I think there is a good change Nan will be getting a book of her own and though I will probably listen to it, I will be on the fence about it. I am excited for Bethy and Tripp but I know I will be crying then too!

Drama, hot sex, a hot, sweet, alpha fighter head over heals for a girl?
Jonah, a certified man-whore, MMA fighter who almost immediately falls head over heals for the sweet, loving, innocent but strong Raven. This is not a book where the couple fights their feelings until the last chapter and finally they admit their love, no, they fight and hold on throughout.

I wasn't sure after reading the publisher's summary but it was wonderful. There were some miscommunications, heart wrenching drama and pain, all making the story that much better. What a wonderful couple! The writing was great, narrators were good as well. I didn't have any irritated moments with voices (which is rare for me). There were no awkward word choices, which make me stop and wonder exactly what they meant or if that was a mistake. The writing style was compelling, professional and enthralling.

I would like to see farther into the future but I know there are more stories coming (already out in e-books) so hopefully will be audible soon and will give small glimpses into the lives of Jonah and Raven. The secondary characters were interesting and endearing, making me excited for future books.

    Totally worth the credit!

Blake's book is next and I can't wait!

Though Matt Somers believes it's only good fun to provoke the two for publicity, he doesn't realize just how serious the situation is. With Olivia by his side, Seth Marc pushes himself to his limits and struggles to keep opponent, Don Russell, out of his head as they fight it out one last time

First, narration was TERRIBLE, the narrator was changed for this book and it was not good. I will not be listening to anything by her again.

The continuation of Seth and Olivia's story brings us back to a time when Olivia is a ditz and Seth is a jerk. There are things in this book that Seth does and says that can't be taken back and shouldn't be forgiven so quickly. I loved this series, this book was not up to par with this great couple. Jackson and Selena are completely insane and I have no interest in reading their book.

    Story

Okay, let me be honest, I have had this in my library since it came out and just decided after totally procrastinating to listen to it today. Right off the bat, the narration was great, Shayna Thibodeaux did a wonderful job with all the voice and her French was fantastic! Totally hooked!

The story was so much better than I expected, for some reason I thought it was going to be another "they got together, broke up, were a part for a long time, then at the end finally there is an HEA." Okay, it wasn't that! I think I've heard too many of those lately.

Christina Lauren do such a wonderful job with the humor, there were times I started just cracking up through this book, my kids looked at me like I was crazy, ear buds in and laughing to myself. The dialog was good, they had a great rapport and we got to see so much of them together. I did see the climax coming but that didn't stop it from breaking my heart! Mia and Ansel are both great and sweet people, so it was easy to love them both.

I gave a 5 star review because honestly, it was great. I have one regret; the end could have been longer. I want to know what happens next. I know the next book is about another couple who we meet in this book, so I hope that we will get more resolution in that one. It was by no means a cliffhanger, it was just a bit of a drop off.

Totally worth the credit or purchase, finished in one day and really didn't want to hit pause at any moment! Some books I have to put down and come back to at a later time, this was not like that at all. It will be a relisten for me!

Tall and thin, twenty-eight-year-old Bronwyn Palmer has become positively gaunt, a ghost of her former self. That self was - and still is - the wife of a rich, handsome executive with an ocean-view house and his own security staff. It was in that house, two years ago, that Bryce Palmer learned Bronwyn was pregnant with their first child. But Bryce’s rage over his impending fatherhood touched off a chain reaction of emotional and physical traumas that wounded them both.

I don't even know how to explain this book, almost anything I say will give it away. As with the first book, this couple is legally married when the book starts, though they've been apart for 2 years. There is so much bitterness and anger, Bryce is a total jerk, honestly I wanted to beat the crap out of him half the book. I totally understood why Brownwyn (I know really, that's her name?) was resisting so hard. She tried and tried and he was a JERK with a capital J! It becomes a sweet story and I love it. There were a lot of emotions. Honestly I think this is a good one for anyone, but especially married women, though we hopefully haven't gone through anything like this understand anger, bitterness and rejection at times. We also understand reconciliation and rejuvenation. Loved it!!!

So the story starts out with them already married, which is a change from most. So you don't get too much back story on how they were before marriage, but that isn't the point. After being madly in love with her husband from the moment they met, Theresa realizes that her marriage isn't what she wants or needs. Alessandro (her husband) begins to see that he may have misjudged her. After a bit he realizes that he is totally to blame for their situation and works like a dog to change it before he loses her for good.

I have to say, this was a good one, wasn't sure, different from my norm but the story was great. It takes place in South Africa so Justine Eyer's narration was different than what she does for the British books, she did a great job! Theresa was a strong and confident woman, though it may have taken her a while to get there, she is there! I love a strong woman and a groveling man (it's the married woman in me :) But Alessandro has redeeming qualities as well.

There are some areas I felt could have been explored more deeply, like his relationship with the woman in Italy, it seemed swept under the rug.

For the most part, this is a great book, on the shorter side of ones I usually get but very good.

Okay, so I read several reviews some good, some not so. I will say, this is a lighter story, no super kinky stuff, etc. But there are plenty of issues, ups and downs, highs and lows. The last 2 hours, maybe 90 minutes were rough but oh so good! Holy Crap that ending!!!!!! WOW! Shea was such a great guy, always sweet, always kind, a guy, of course but great. Elli had some major body issues and they seem reasonable once you learn about her past. Honestly I totally get it. I saw several people said she should just get over it, but really it isn't that easy. Her family if FUBAR!!!

I know with the amazon reviews there was mention of editing issues, but with the audible, nothing there, all good. Narrator did great, I liked the voices she did and I think it was good. There were no issues I noticed, nothing that took my attention away from the story.

So, I started the book then couldn't go to sleep until 2:30 am when I FORCED myself to turn it off, then back on first thing in the morning. I really liked it. I always like a story where the guy goes after the girl. She did have some issues and really, he did too, he gets upset for not telling her more about herself, but I don't remember him asking for more details either. Yes of course she should have told him more, she is secretive however again, she is a bit jacked! Totally get it. I love this story, can't wait for the next one...downloading now, guess I get no sleep tonight either! OH WELL!!!

I will say, a 14 hour book is great its like getting the same amount of time of 2 books for the price of one. We also get some great secondary characters in here which is always fun. I enjoy meeting friends and family and getting to know them as well. This is a long one but there is a ton of back story and detail.

Great story, tons of back story and in depth into both characters as well as insight into sub characters. I don't really like the whole love triangle thing but it did work. I absolutely LOVED this story. There was a tad bit of wishy washy stuff in the early stages and then some "normal" issues with them later dealing with the whole cheating thing. Justine Eyre did well, of course, she always does. Writing was great I will listen to more from Samantha Towle.

I will be returning this one. First of all after book 1 I was excited to hear this one, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I felt as though the h/h were on a never ending loop of the same issues, they didn't grow in their relationship at all, even in the end they had the same disagreement. I forced myself to finish, mostly because I had a 103 fever and was stuck in bed with only 1 new book left in my library until new releases on Tuesday. I liked the first book in this series, but there really was no plot lines in this story. There were some super lame people, problems with his scars and issues but really, stupid. I hated the new secretary in the end, how freakin' stereotypical can we get here? I felt the writing was bad and the characters were shallow.
