I'm partial to erotica, especially if it's got a good BDSM spin to it. But, if the blurb gets me, I'll listen!

The renowned school is famous for its elite submissive instruction. She has no idea what will be asked of her or the boundaries that will be pushed. What did you love best about Brie Learns the Art of Submission: Submissive Training Center?

I have the e-books, the paperback, and now the audio. It only made sense to have the full collection! I fell in love again with all the characters, and to hear them come to life only made it better. Brie's struggles with her decisions and going through that with her, is beautiful. In listening to this, I also remembered how much I didn't like Ms. Clark. I just can't get past her contempt, even though some of it was due to Brie's disrespect.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Other than Brie and Sir, Ryster has to be my fave. He's just all consuming and dark. Love him!

Which character – as performed by Pippa Jayne – was your favorite?

    Brie

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Her struggle with her decision in picking a Master.

    Any additional comments?

Seriously can't wait for the second installment on audio!

In the near future, the Krinar rule the Earth. An advanced race from another galaxy, they are still a mystery to us - and we are completely at their mercy. Shy and innocent, Mia Stalis is a college student in New York City who has led a very normal life. Like most people, she's never had any interactions with the invaders - until one fateful day in the park changes everything. Having caught Korum's eye, she must now contend with a powerful, dangerously seductive Krinar who wants to possess her and will stop at nothing to make her his own.

Would you consider the audio edition of Close Liaisons to be better than the print version?

Unfortunately, I would never recommend the audio to this book. The performance was just so bad. She's better off reading a meditation manual than these types of books. All the characters sound the same and was really distracting from the story.

What other book might you compare Close Liaisons to and why?

I haven't read anything like this before. I am willing to read more of this genre. I really enjoyed the story and can't wait to read the other two.

Would you be willing to try another one of Kathleen Godwin’s performances?

    Absolutely not.

    Any additional comments?

If you can overcome the horrible performance, the story is really worth it. I'm going to skip the other audios and go straight to just reading the rest of the series. I really like this author and look forward to reading and possibly listening to other works, as long as it's not this narrator.

I never thought this could happen to me. I never imagined one chance meeting on the eve of my eighteenth birthday could change my life so completely. Now I belong to him. To Julian. To a man who is as ruthless as he is beautiful - a man whose touch makes me burn. A man whose tenderness I find more devastating than his cruelty.

Would you consider the audio edition of Twist Me to be better than the print version?

I read books all the time. I love to listen to books while I'm doing chores and driving back and forth to work. There's something about listening to books that helps transport me into the lives of the characters. I can't say one is better than is the other, I enjoy both too much.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Both Julian and Nora. You can feel the chemistry between them from the beginning. I both hated and loved Julian. Nora tried so hard not to fall into his "trap". She was brave, but her falling for Julian was inevitable.

What about Shirl Rae’s performance did you like?

I have listened to many books with some pretty bad narration. I really like the way she read the characters. She was good at changing her voice for all the different characters.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I loved it all, but the ending was really great. I won't give anything away!
