I struggled to pay attention and at the end I did not feel motivated. Not worth it!
I put this on after a long stressful day when my mind won't stop racing and it works like a charm. I focus on the audio and before I know it, i'm asleep!!
If you own any Glenn Harold's audiobooks then you know his technique. I enjoy listening to this when i'm going to bed at night or first thing in the morning. For me it's all about changing my subconscious mind.
I admire Bethany and her success which is why I purchased the audiobook. The message and her rules for success are great motivation, but she read it like a robot. She read quick and without emotion so listening to her voice annoyed me.
This was my first experience with Tolle and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to his calm voice. I immediately connected with his message and found myself practicing the Now. I feel less stress these days and when I start to question my feelings - I simply focus on "what i'm doing at that moment" It does help!!!!
I feel like i'm in a different place, very relaxing and prepares you for the affirmations...does it actually work, I haven't felt tired lately and i'm exercising again...
I went from feeling despair to feeling empowered. The positive affirmations have changed the way I think and I found myself repeating them when I feel stress & anxious about life.
