According to time management expert Laura Vanderkam, mornings hold the key to taking control of our schedules. If we use them wisely, we can build habits that will allow us to lead happier, more productive lives. Drawing on real-life anecdotes and scientific research that shows why the early hours of the day are so important, Vanderkam reveals how successful people use mornings to help them accomplish things that are often impossible to take care of later in the day.

I liked how people were able to rearrange their days to flow in a more productive way.

It is geared specifically for business people which I am not. My job isn't about concentrating on work projects so I'm trying to adapt some of the theories to my job in Nursing,

Would you be willing to try another book from Laura Vanderkam? Why or why not?

Yes. I would like to read The Happiness Project

Was What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast worth the listening time?

Yes! It's a short and easy listen.

Would you try another book from Paul Collins and/or William Dufris?

    Probably not

Has The Murder of the Century turned you off from other books in this genre?

    No

What didn’t you like about William Dufris’s performance?

Spoke in monotone the whole story. He didn't differentiate any characters. It was hard to follow at first and I almost didn't make it through. Took me along time to listen to. The story was interesting so I wanted to know how it turned out. The author made an interesting story incredibly boring and tedious.

What character would you cut from The Murder of the Century?

    Too many to name
